Falcone Technologies has thus developed and implemented a service model focused to that, starting from the technical- economical needs of the Client, sets up the procurement case and the operative frame, also throughout supervision of the scope of supply, until the timely delivery to the end user.
SERVICE
The procurement management process is treated as project composed by the following main step:

Interface with client for understanding of equipment or solution needed (technical, time schedule, target budget) and general operative- strategic framework

Comparison and selection of alternatives based on previous specifications, a short list of potential suppliers is formed, summed up in a quantitative offers’ alignment tabulation

Execution Model proposal according to all elements available, Falcone can act under a specific mandate to negotiate both technical and economical target with selected subjects: complete information and optimized solution is offered to the Client against a Service fee; alternative models are possible in case Falcone is appointed as intermediate purchaser and Client’s Supplier; a Procurement Plan& Concept is however proposed, discussed, and shared for approval with Client.

Effective expediting and follow up will guarantee the continuous monitoring of quality, time schedule and conformity of the deliverables; forecast to actual delivery date and recovery plans.

Contractual Assistance and support to contract negotiation in Purchase Order stipulation, general commercial conditions, purchasing clauses, delivery terms, correspondence of scope of supply to technical specifications
