On the operative point of view, the project management process is developed following the main chapters:

Integrated project planning (time schedule, costs, resources) coherent with a controlled project scope

Coordination of interested parties (sub-plants & systems providers, suppliers, customers and third parties) and implementation of effective communication plan

Effective total project cost control (use of Earned Value Method as principal tool); forecast to finish, variance analysis and recovery actions, optimization of project cash flow.

Implementation of quality gates, according to main project phases (starting, organizing & planning, executing, closing)

Risk Analysis and Risk Management throughout project execution (qualitative and quantitative models)

Contract Management: contract analysis, contract engineering, claim management (refence to FIDIC models, Extension of Time Protocol and other panels), change order management

Support to contract negotiations during bids and forming phase (technical, economical and legal)
Working jointly with or Costumer ‘s team, aside the implementation of Project Management, we can provide the development of Business Plans & Business cases (Capital Budgeting) during feasibility study, for single project or program of projects.
